Windows 11 msvcr100 dll missing windows 11

hi i can not seem to install anything as it is coming up with missing msvcr100.dll i have reinstalled all the visual packages,reinstalled windows 11 from a clean download from microsoft site and also ran the following command prompts sfc /scannow DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthfor %i in (%windir%\\system32\\*.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %i i have also performed a clean boot and still does not solve my problem, any help will be appreciated as this is very frustrating i am on windows 11 version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.963) thanks
