Windows 10 Multiple Accounts with Same Email

I have some how made a business account and personal account with the same email address. I thought I had deleted the business account, but I now have people sharing things on one-drive with the business account and I can't access them. Is there a way I can contact Microsoft for help ? I cant seem to find a way.
