Hi, timeline of events:

  • Since November receiving error #132 while running WoW
  • Recently reached out to GMs when error became frequent enough that it was interrupting game play
  • Was advised to use DDU to uninstall old AMD drivers (done), reinstall NVIDIA drivers clean (done), check for updates through Windows updates (done)
  • Problem persisted, was told to update my BIOS (done)
  • Now receiving BSOD within 5 mins of getting into my Windows account regardless of what I do
    • Errors Received:
      • KERNEL_AUTO_BOOST_LOCK_ACQUISITION_WITH_RAISED_IRQL
      • APC_INDEX_MISMATCHED
      • KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION
      • KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
      • KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
      • IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
      • PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
  • Downloaded BlueScreenView, all logs show nroskrnl.exe as the crash point
  • Tried using sfc /scannow while not in Safe Mode, BSOD, ran in Safe Mode fine
  • Can stay in Safe Mode with Networking

Not sure what files you need so just sharing what I have seen/was requested when I was working with the GMs.

Thanks!
