Windows 10 Multiple BSOD errors

Hey guys last few weeks I've been dealing with an issues on my pc. 15-20 mins after boot my pc crashes and i get one of these error codes :doc watchdog violation system service exception apx index mismatchi've tried updating my drivers, running a memory test and even reinstalled my windows but the problem is still present what should I do?
