Windows 10 Multiple BSOD

It has been 2 months since i have experience multiple BSOD with errors such as irql not less or equal, Cl.dll, vgk.sys , intel.sys, system thread exception not handled, whea uncorrectable error, and few more. i have tried windows clean installation, updating BIOS, Windows, graphic card drivers. I also ran DISM restore health and sfc scannow and BSOD is still occurring but at slower rate of maybe once or twice per day. I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and the tests seems okay. I also swapped the SSD, RAM and GPU and the problem still occurred. Throughout the m
