Windows 10 Multiple BSODs and even a computer repair store had no idea how to help me

Ever since I first built my PC, I've always had random BSODs like IRQL and kernel security check failure. Ever since I've installed a new GPU, the blue screens have gotten worse and sometimes have shown artifacting during the blue screens. The last image is an example of the artifacting (only occurs on my second monitor)My PC restarts without a blue screen as soon as I start up. Shortly after this, I will blue screen.
