Windows 11 Multiple errors for FXSUI.dll and FXSTIFF.dll: The procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library

Hello,Brand new machine a fresh copy of Windows 11 Enterprise installed.Sometimes when powering it on, I get the following errors as soon as I log in via RDP:mstsc.exeThe procedure entry point __CxxFrameHandler4 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\x64\3\FXSUI.dll mstsc.exeThe procedure entry point GetTempPath2W could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\x64\3\FXSTIFF.dllI hit ok and they repeat 3-4 times before disappearing. It doesn't happen at every single boot. I already ran sfc /scannow and there are no
