This seems to be a weird problem. The screen shot should help.
In File explorer we have a hierarchy of file and folders displayed, as usual. However, for Pictures, Music, and Documents we see duplicate items listed when the expand arrow is clicked. The contents are displayed on the right side, correctly, but the contents are duplicates and exactly the same. These are NOT duplicate files or folders. It is the same "thing" displayed twice in the hierarchy.
In each instance, when we right click > Properties we see a Library panel come up for the top item, and a Properties panel come up for the second item in the hierarchy. The location in this Properties panel is d:\ and is correct. When I check the D: drive all is good, no duplicates, no problems.
I have several computers that I am managing, and this is the only one where this is happening.
Is there a way to "condense" or otherwise correct the hierarch so that we are not seeing the duplicate items in the list?
Thank you.
