Windows 11 Multiple issues with Clipboard, Start menu search, screen background, and settings menu search

The Haven Apartment Life

I'm not sure what caused these issues, but my Windows 11 install seems to be going crazy. I can't quick search for apps by typing in the first few letters in the start menu search bar. I also can't set my background to a picture. I also can't store anything on the clipboard. Finally the search menu in the Windows settings app doesn't produce any results. Any way these could all be related?
