Windows 11 Multiple Keys Not Working on Keyboard

For some reason, the COMMA - PERIOD - and M key are being used to interact with the volume of my PC. M is to mute, Comma is to volume UP, and Period is to Volume down. My J-K-L keys aren't working either. Please help 🙏🙏
