Windows 11 Multiple users in our tenant are reporting that they can connect to the Wi-Fi but have no internet access. All of them are on Windows 11, version 23H2

Multiple users in our tenant are reporting that they can connect to the Wi-Fi but have no internet access. All of them are on Windows 11, version 23H2, and they have an AIPA IP address 169.254... The only fix I found is to connect to an ethernet and reset the computer
