Windows 11 Music and Videos Folders Missing from the Updated OneDrive “Manage Backup” Function

I am running Windows 11 Home, 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1105) on an HP Pavilion laptop mfr in Dec 2021 with 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 Hz and 16.0 GB RAM. The OneDrive Build is 23.011.0115.0009 (64-bit). When I installed OneDrive on my laptop, I could only back up the Documents, Pictures and Desktop libraries using the OneDrive Backup feature (which I did). The Manage Backup function presented me with the following interface. Because at the time I set up the laptop, I also wanted to back up my Music and Videos libraries to OneDrive, I manually copied (not moved) those 2 folders
