Windows 11 My 1TB TOSHIBA hard drive does not read in my Windows 11 computer.

My Toshiba Canvio Basics 3.0 1 TB Portable Hard Drive (model number: HDTB210XK3BA) does not read on my Windows 11 computer. My Macbook Pro reads TOSHIBA's contents without any issues, but my PC can't. By the way, when I mean by "my computer does not read the hard drive", I mean that it doesn't pop up as one of the drives in file explorer. I can't access the files in my TOSHIBA. However, it does show up as Disk 2 when I open Disk Management. My USB driver is the newest version, and I already uninstalled and reinstalled the external hard drive through Device Manager. What is happening?
