Windows 11 My 2017 razer Blade is infected with a very persistent and insiduous corruption and I am nowhere near skilled enough to diagnose or combat it. Please

Hello all,I have had a persistent virus or malware running on my 2017 Razer Blade x64 based PC Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz, 2201 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s) running Windows 11 Home edition, for some time now. I've run all manner of antivirus software, Spybot, Malwarebytes, Glarysoft, Ccleaner, Eset, etc...to little or no avail. The virus persists through clean reinstallments, even when I wiped and overwrote my drive. A fellow at Malwarebytes suggested I run MSERT.exe I have since lost touch with him but the results are alarming to me, although I am a novice so perhaps
