Windows 10 My 2nd Windows User Profile suddenly gone.

Hi. I need help with recovering a lost windows user profile.I have uninstalled eset antivirus last night and it prompted me to restart windows. After the restart, my 2nd windows user profile is gone, I am using that windows profile for work so all of the essential files are there.I have the latest version of Windows 10 too.I really need help in recovering that windows user profile. Any help is greatly appreciated ;(I tried reaching out to windows technical support but it seems that they are not easy to contact.
