Windows 11 My account got hacked. Need help to hopefully get it back.

I got hacked this morning and my account email got changed, I have the email the hacker changed it too but I've not been able to get a hold of any Microsoft support. any advice would help. I have a game pass subscription and it has auto-renew on and I'm concerned about the credit card if its exposed or not.
