Windows 10 My account has been hacked, got it back, but I can't do anything with it and can't access anything Microsoft except logging in on my desktop. HELP

I was hacked by a Russian email, I have the email saved so if I need it for blocking or security, I can, but I couldn't access my account because it kept wanting me to verify my login with the Russian email and they stole my password and changed it. I eventually realized they had hacked my email and blocked Microsoft emails and taken my battlenet account (got that back easily unlike Microsoft). I unblocked Microsoft and changed my password back, then I went through all my settings changing everything verification and security wise, adding two steps verification and the mobile authentication ap
