So, my acer computer keeps restarting over and over after it reaches 64% of restarting process after I factory reset it, First, it shows a black screen with the acer logo, and the white dots for approximately 5 seconds, then goes onto another screen and the fan runs with the acer logo, the white dots, and a welcome text under the white dots, and then shows the blue screen that I reached 64% of restarting progress for less than half a second, and then shows a black screen right after that for about 4 seconds, and repeats.
