Windows 11 My acer laptop is only showing a blue screen and cursor, please help

A few days ago my screen started glitching. And then I tried to update it and restart it. But then it shut off. I then decided to charge it and then leave it for a while. After that I I off the charger and haven't used it until now. I opened my laptop to see a blue screen, when I turned it on it only showed my cursor. I can't see my apps whatsoever, it's only a blue screen with my cursor. I don't know how to fix this problem I'm having. I don't want to buy a new laptop because I only got this laptop around 1 or 2 years ago..I watched some YouTube tutorials and tried pressing the keys and such
