This happened about a year and a half ago, when i was charging my laptop, and then it suddenly crashed and wouldnt turn on again for a few hours, and after it turned back on again my pc suddenly got bad at running even the lowest graphically demanding games. at first i thought it was a heating issue, but when i loaded in horizon zero dawn on my laptop, the whole computer immediately crashed, and the laptop was cold. could the motherboard be fried somehow? the laptop works fine, but its intended purpose (being a gaming laptop) does not work at all. please help me.
