Windows 10 My acer laptop keeps restarting or keeps getting stuck on the bsod screen with 100% or just bsod.

I tried Everything. it started happening Right after the 22h2 update. I can't even access safe mode nor restart or access Desktop. I am just stuck on bsod. not even advanced options open up. I tried everything and nothing is happening. anyone help? I first had the Acer Windows 8.1 and upgraded it to win 10. everything was perfectly fine until I installed 22h2. when I press the power button on my laptop, it instantly shows "acer explore beyond limits". no windows icon nothing. please just help me, I have really important stuff I can't lose.
