Windows 10 My Audio Interface is not being detected by my pc anymore but works on other computers

Good day, currently, I'm facing a problem where when I plug my audio interface, my system doesn't detect anything even if I turn on show hidden device in device manager. My audio interface works perfectly fine on other computers except mine. The product is called Teyun Q12 and I can't find any drivers of it in the internet. Before it works completely fine, but when i tried to connect a jbl speaker to it, it just randomly stopped working. The cause is probably connecting it to the jbl speaker (I used a male to male 3.5mm aux cable to connect the speaker to the audio interface). I've done a lot
