Windows 7 My Audio Service is still not running even I have tried the all operations following the instructions here. I need more help now. Thanks.

Hi, Everyone: My speaker was working very well before installing Norton two weeks ago. But it's not working after a full scan of Norton.I have tried all operations following the instructions here but nothing still. I have run my SFC.exe and gotten the information: Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Then I have run my DISM /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth and got the information: Error 87, The checkhealth option is not recognized in this context. For more information, refer to the help. The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log.
