Windows 11 My bluetooth has stopped working on a windows 11 computer that I bought a new license for a new hard drive less that two weeks ago.

As the title shows, my bluetooth has stopped working for some unknown reason to me. My system is a Dell XPS 8930 with a samsung 980 pro nvme ssd instead of the factory. I've spent the last 30 minutes trying several things involving services.msc and msconfig. My current conclusion is that in services.msc, I cant turn Bluetooth User Support Service_ac69e to automatic due to incorrect parameters. If anyone has any information on how to get this working it would be greatly appreciated.
