Windows 11 My brand new headphones do not work in the right ear, I got these since i was having the same problem with my previous headphones

I have just gotten a pair of hyperX cloud core headphones and have been very disappointed to learn that the right side of the headset does not work, although since I have had the same problem with my previous headset I cannot help but think that there is an issue with my computer. My computer runs on Windows 11, and I have updated my computer and all audio drivers to their latest version. I have cleaned my headphone jack and checked the balancing on the headset, I have no clue what is wrong and am hoping someone might have a solution.
