My broadband connection keeps turning off. My husband just installed a new hard drive preloaded with Windows 10 after the old one failed. Why do I lose my connection and how do I fix it permanently? it happened sometimes on the old hard drive, too, so maybe it's not Windows that is causing the issue. I have marked the broadband connection as my default. When I connect to broadband, after a few minutes Windows says (in Settings) that I'm connected to the internet by ethernet.
