Windows 11 My c drive has lost alot of storage randomly

today my c drive storage had 160 gigs but now it has 40 gigs, i dont really know why. I used a tool called tree size to find what was using so much and it was users using 66 gigs, programn data using 144 gigs and programn files using 100 gigs. How do i get my storage back.
