Windows 11 My Chrome Bookmarks Disappeared after i ran a Re-Install from the ISO. I have windows.old folder. is there any method to recover the Chrome Bookmarks

Due to some crash in Windows Security Center and PowerShell, I Re-installed Windows 11 through an ISO file. I was prompted that the apps will be deleted. after the installation, my Chrome Bookmarks are no longer there.But I have windows.old Folder with 111GB inside it.Is there any way to recover my Chrome Bookmarks through that?
