Windows 11 My Command terminal keeps opening and closing immediately, every 10 minutes

I have run multiple antivirus scans from Windows and Malwarebytes (trusted by many, and I installed this for solving this problem).There seems to be no threats, and I have restarted my system more than 10 times, over the course of 2-3 days, since the problem started.
