Windows 11 My computer does not connect to the Internet in any way

My motherboard is ASUS TUFB670 Plus Wi-Fi D4When I try to connect to the internet with usb or wifi or ethernet cable, without any error it just says no internetI tried some methods to fix this problem but I didn't get any results. I called an expert and he said that your internet protocols are damaged and you should reset the windows or repair the files but i don't want to reset it. what should i do?
