Windows 11 My computer does this weird crash thing and I'm not sure what's causing it.

To explain it the best i can because it won't let me post a photo. its half a blue screen with :( faces all across the top with some pixelated text and a 0% complete, with a QR Code that I can't scan because its pixelated. The rest of the screen is black, blue, red and white all classic broken screen look.
