Windows 10 My computer doesn't turn on for a while after blue screen error and when it finally does, then it just shuts down with the same error

I have never had this error before, today I have gotten it twice. First time it just popped up and turned off my laptop. When I tried to turn it cack on then nothing happened, the power button lit up and after some waiting between several more turn on attempts it finally lit up the keyboard. Then I left it off for like half an hour and then the computer finally turned on but only stayed on for a few minutes before showing the same error and shutting down again. What caused this and how can I fix this?
