Windows 10 My computer freezes randomly after I shut it down frequently in the past. How do I fix it?

2 years ago, I had an OCD breakdown and had to repeat a lot of stuff. I ended up turning on and off my computer and factory resetting it many many times. I think this is the cause of the problem, but I do not know. Sometimes when I am playing, my screen will freeze and I will have to restart my computer. Sometimes it will happen, sometimes it won't, but sometimes it will happen a lot in one day. Does anybody know anything about this or how to solve it?
