Windows 10 My computer has a giant transparent pink square

I already tried making windows + control + shift + b but the pink gets pinker and what is not pink becomes black for a fraction of a secondThe pink sometimes is small and gets pinker and pinker, until it randomly resets and starts getting pinker againEven if nothing is open it still gets pinkPlease helpP.S.The pink atleast is updated, i forgot to tell that the green freezes and after a random amount of seconds it updates
