Heloo im 10 years old and i have a proplem with my computer(window 10) that my dad gave me its the c:system32/ect/ect/Desktop Location not found restarting computer didnt work and youttube videos didnt work right now im have a black screen with nothing to open files and things on my desktop cannot install stuff because it wont allow me and i cant take screenshot beacuase all the file gave me no permission except for some im in a 2018 version of the real things thats supposed to show and i want to reinstall windows 10 because the updates dont work
