Windows 10 My computer has been extremely slow for the past month or so following a windows 20 update and I don't know what to do

If theres any spelling errors please excuse them as Im typing very fast. I updated my computer some time around late february / early march and immediately it began to slow down, eventually freezing at random times before it got worse. Immediately after updating it firefox refused to open, and after trying for a couple days I uninstalled the update but it just reinstalled it a couple days later on launch and since then it's progressively gotten slower and slower to the point its frozen longer than it isnt.
