Windows 11 my computer is freezing after closing a game

approximately a week ago my computer started to freeze and restart immediately after closing a game If I keep the game open for more than 5 minutes there is a 100% chance that the computer will freeze The first time it freeze was with Warthunder and then it started in other games like assetto Corsa, Monster Hunter I've already tried closing the game in full screen,
