Windows 11 My Computer Is On The Fritz For Over A Week & Microsoft Ghosted Me!

It all started with me noticing that my taskbar wouldn't "unhide" when the window was maximized. When the window is open, but not filling the screen, the taskbar pops up, but behind the window. I start reading about fixes, updated the drivers, performed clean boot, can't remember what all I did before I called Microsoft, but that's all irrelevant now. As I'm in the chat with the janitor who answered my "Get Help" chat that day, I start finding out that it's pulling error codes for NT Kernel Logger & all kinds of stuff.
