Windows 11 My computer is saying "connected, no internet access" when I connect to my usual WIFI network.

I recently took 5 days off of work. Today is my first day back, and when I brought my laptop (Windows 11) back in to the shop this morning it will connect to my usual wifi network, but it says no internet access. If I change it to the hot spot from my cell phone, it works just fine. How can I go about fixing this? For reference, the 3 other computer on the same network are all working normally. Thanks
