My problem started about a day ago when I just got my headphones and when I paired them and went to a game (fortnite) I suddenly lost all audio so I had to disconnect the Bluetooth headphones and then I got back my audio but that was not the end of my problem it was just the beginning. so I ignored it and went to a site and the first thing I realized was the page was loading so slow which was unusual for my computer as it is pretty fast. and then it said "Hmmmm……….. couldn't reach this site" and then I tried doing it on bing and then google but none worked. and this page has always loaded very fast before. so I checked my connection and it was good and so I went to another site and it loaded for a bit then said the same thing. most it says "couldn't reach this site" but even when it does its with a lot off errors like the site acting extremely slow. and I checked my task manager and I removed what I thought was slowing it down but didn't work. so I went to my Bluetooth and removed the Bluetooth headphone which I thought was gonna fix it but It didn't. my computer is a HP Pavilion laptop (windows 10 as of 8/28/2018). and I went to do a test run. I opened a game on the web and as I was trying to play it it said "lost connection to the game server" and so I went to fortnite and it said lost connection. but I checked my wifi and it was good. I have no idea how to fix this as I have never experienced it before. please help me fix it thank you for your time
