Windows 11 My computer is stuck on "Recovery" screen with error "0xc000014c"

I'm not sure if I remember, but I shut down my PC and probably updated it. This morning, I tried booting it but it was stuck on "Please wait" while loading. I decided to start it in the recovery page that shows troubleshooting options, but now no matter what I do, whether I start in safe mode or exit to windows 11, it gets stuck in an automatic repair loop. I tried fixing this by disabling the automatic recovery via CMD, but this resulted in this screen showing:After seeing this, I tried to uninstall previous quality AND feature updates, but it was unable to.
