Windows 10 My computer is stuck on “We couldn’t complete the updates, undoing changes, don’t turn off your computer”

Yesterday when I tried turning on my computer, it said it was updating, and it was stuck on 7% for 2 hours. I turned off the computer to go to bed, but when I woke up, I had this message that has been running for3 hours. Help!Randomly, the screen goes black, and the DVI port says “no signal” but it comes back after a while
