Windows 10 My computer keeps BSOD'ing after a new diablo 4 patch from season 4

This is a new problem where as diablo 4 was working before a new patch they released like a day or 2 ago and now everytime i start up the game and during the beginning cutscene i get the Blue screen of death that says DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL or something along those lines. I tried reinstalling the game and nothing still the same issue and even tried installing it on another drive which was hopeful but then it did it again while playing less than a half hour. I tried updating motherboard drivers and nothing. And did anti virus scans too. Need help.
