Windows 11 My computer pastes my clipboard whenever I type a "!" that I have to delete every single time, how do I fix that?

Basically, I have been having this issue for awhile and whenever I try to type an exclamation point, my whole clipboard pastes. I have no idea why it's doing that but it's getting really annoying because sometimes I type fast and I put an exclamation point and then boom, whatever is in my clipboard got pasted in and I send it to fast. People are confused and I have to explain this issue daily. Any way to fix that? (All the other keys are fine, only when I press on Shift + 1, for the exclamation point does it do that)
