Windows 8 My computer was locked by Microsoft defender, I was asked to call 1-844-452-2441 to get it unblocked. Could somebody confirm that this is a legitimate

I just check for sure that Microsoft has behind this and I can safely follow their lead.I uploaded a screen shot, and try to see if it can show here.
