Windows 10 My computer will freeze every other second and even go black for a minute randomly

I don't play games or I don't have any programs that could cause such problems. Fortmatting didn't help, I tried some commands such as DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth, DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and SFC/SCANNOW, none of them seemed to work (as they said there was nothing wrong). I tried updating all drivers and even creating a new windows profile but the problem stayed unsolved still. What should I do at this point?
