Windows 10 My computer won't boot after I got memory error

I was just using my computer normally, then everything on my computer began to stop, from my network seemingly stopping before any windows applications before my computer itself shut down with a transparent blue screen that said "Unexpected Memory Overload" with no error code if I recall, and now my computer can't boot into windows since it seemingly can't detect anything to boot from. Also, in the boot menu, it doesn't usually detect my SSD, which is where I store my OS files.I use an 2tb SSD for my system files and games, a 4tb HDD, 32gb of ram, an Ryzen 7th gen CPU, a B550M ASROCK Pro4 mot
