Windows 10 My computer won't boot up at all.

My computer gets stuck on a black screen with a white line in the top left when trying to start it up. I have tried using different graphics cards. I also tried the integrated graphics card which gives me just a black screen. I've tried using a usb with the Windows 10 Creation tool on it. I've tried unplugging my hdd and my ssd drives one at a time. I've tried unplugging the usb connectors on my motherboard and also unplugging the hd audio jumper. I've tried pressing several combinations of keys upon start up. At one point I was able to get into Bios using Shift+F10. At that point I switched t
