Windows 11 My computer won’t start, after trying to install a Windows update

I shut down with an install update, and left the computer running. The update never installed and it stayed stuck in the Flash Update Progress screen (see attached image). In the morning I tried entering into the BiOS page pressing F2, but now the laptop won’t even power on. Please help.
