Windows 10 My computer wont turn on after being hard stuck at 50% on a factory reset and will only go into sleep mode, i cant do anything

I tried to factory reset my computer and it was hardstuck at 50% for almost 3 hours and i turned it off by holding the power button down for 5 seconds (saw that online as a way to help fix it being hardstuck). I tried to turn it back on and it prompt me with a choose operating system either windows ten or windows ten, turned it off again after clicking on it multiple times, then now it just goes immediately into sleep mode and i cant do anything.
